Do you think this is not happening in your neighborhood too??
The local "major news outlet" reports it thusly....... http://www.wnem.com/news/27622305/detail.html
Don't worry...........by the time you notice the effects, YOU WILL BE DEAD!WATER ADVISORY ISSUED — The Village of Chesaning Water Department has issued an advisory that the water system recently violated a drinking water standard. For a short time the system pumped water from a well not normally used during a low water pressure problem on April 20. Although the well is not used, it is monitored routinely and exceeds the standard for radium isotopes 226 and 228. The standard for radium is five picocuries per liter (pCi/l), and the average level of radium in Well 2 over the last year was seven pCi/l. The problem was corrected and the well was shut off. The well only pumped 15,000 gallons out of 638,000 gallons totals of all wells. Water Superintendent Dennis Sizemore said this is not an immediate risk. If it had been, village water users would have been notified immediately. However, some people who drink water containing radium 226 or 228 in excess of the standard over many years may have an increased risk of getting cancer. For more information, contact Dennis Sizemore at (989) 845-3800.
BTW: Please feel free to ring this guys phone off the hook................apparently he is an EXPERT on the effects of radiation, maybe we can learn something!!!!

Avops the Mississippi is beginning to flow backwards according to beforeitisnews. Going into the creeks now. Thought you would want to know being up that way. They say it can't take much more water.
