Do you know anyone who suffers from headaches, fatigue, insomnia, depression, skin rashes, spaciness or detachment, learning disorders or premenstrual syndrome?  These can be symptoms of a copper imbalance.  It is an extremely common nutritional imbalance.  It is often overlooked, in part because it is not always simple to detect.

Copper is an essential trace mineral that is vitally important for both physical and mental health.  It has been studied for years, including at government laboratories.  However, its importance for health is still largely unappreciated.  The following article is an introduction to the large subject of copper imbalance.  The author is deeply indebted to Dr. Paul C. Eck, an avid copper researcher.

Excellent piece AVOPS. I know about the Wilson syndrome and you can get too much copper also. Fact is though most of us don't get enough and copper deficiency leads to the inability to manufacture healthy red blood cells. You would almost have to cook everything you eat in an unlined copper pot 24/7 to get too much of it.

Indians used to make copper bracelets and silver of course which is 15% copper, in order for it to be absorbed by the skin. Bronze cookware which is extremely expensive these days also supplies copper. Also druggists used to use copper mortars to mix prescriptions in order to get that molecule inside the mix. Of course that was when they were concerned about healing.

I have always kept this link on the blog.

I have read that link you posted before, it is a good one.

Peace,
Avops

This whole thing reminds me of some of the email correspondence I had with C.J. Boutillier who wrote the unveiling, he said you know if you post the whole article some might thing I agree with some of your religious theories.

I said well I am not always sure you have a handle on the prophet Daniel either but I don't let it take away from the excellent research on blood types :) So now I just leave a link to him.
